Citizens of Karachi are required to have a domicile and PRC for educational and occupational purposes as a proof of their residency in the city. For these documents it is necessary to provide evidence of residence. These documents can be applied for through the deputy commissioner officer of your district. The process of application isn’t available through online means.

Apply for Domicile and PRC in Karachi:

The application process requires you to pay a fee at National Bank, D.C. Office Branch. You will have to paste 1 rupee stamp on all copies of your documents. Then get your application for domicile attested from the Oath Commissioner before submitting it. You should be well aware of the fact that the concerned department can ask you for any other document as a proof if required.

Documents Required For Domicile and PRC in Pakistan?

The following documents are necessary for filing an application for domicile and PRC in Pakistan.

1. Five passport size photographs
2. Original & Copy of CNIC– Attested
3. Attested Copies of all educational documents till current year
4. Applicants below 21 years include copies of CNIC and domicile of their father.
5. In case of govt employee, attested copy of service certificate
6. Attested Residence proof
