Having two wives at the same time is known as the practice of polygamy. This practice of marrying more than one wife is legally banned in many countries. Because many religions do not promote more than one marriage. Even in Pakistan, only a Muslim adult can go for Polygamy. A Muslim man in Pakistan can get his Nikah done with 4 women at a time. However, he has to take permission in written form from his previous wives in case he is going for another marriage. How to marry two girls at the same time in court?
Islamically it is okay to marry two girls at the same time except for two sisters. It means one can not marry two sisters at the same time. If the girls are from different families a man can marry both at the same time. Moreover, the court will also allow one man to marry two wives at the same time if both of them are not sisters.
If you also want to marry two girls at once then you may have to take them both to the court. If both the girls have no problem getting married this way then there is no law that says you can not marry two girls at the same time in court. But, keep a few points in mind before going for polygamy in court.
